As in many industries, staff in this industry face a number of daily and on the job issues to hazards. Employees may be exposed to all sorts of environments from mild to potentially above and beyond the norm, and may be asked to work with equipment that can be heavy or difficult to handle or may be asked to perform various tasks that present certain risk factors when performed such as high dusting and operation of a scissor hydraulic lift. Further, the physical environment in which cleaning services professionals operate and perform in can present hazards when dealing with cleaning solutions and chemicals.

 

The following OSHA standards and guidelines which you are about to watch play a key role in eliminating or minimizing these risks and provide you with a safe manual for the manner for performing services which we offer, and is a required training process to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
